While the result is similar, you now have the option to share a gif in other channels before you post it. Select Find and share a gif to bring up a search box. From here you can find and share a clip, share a gif or enter a text command. Choose Giphy and you’ll see three options in a pop-up menu. When you want more control over a gif, type / in a channel to bring up a list of available Slack apps. Shuffle pulls up similar gifs while Send posts the gif in the channel where you’ve typed the command. If you change your mind and want to choose a different topic, choose Cancel and retype the /Giphy command with a new subject. A gif should load instantly with an option to Send, Shuffle or Cancel. WorkspaceĪ Workspace visible board will be visible and editable by members of the Workspace by default. Private boards which are a part of Workspaces are visible only to added members unless they are part of a Standard or Premium Workspace or Trello Enterprise-then, they are also visible to Workspace admins and Enterprise admins. When a board is private, only those users added as members to the board can view or edit it. On Workspace boards, admins can set the visibility to private, Workspace visible, or public.
